Best Mediation offers all new clients a complementary half-hour consultation with each party individually to ask questions, get a feel for our style, offer appropriate referrals, and determine whether mediation is right for you and your family.
We have been in private practice since 2002 and have successfully guided over 80% of our clients to a successful dissolution of their marriage, resolving all financial and parenting issues to create healthy new beginnings.
Benefits of Mediation
Mediation is a voluntary, cooperative, and confidential problem-solving process. At Best Mediation professional, impartial mediators sit down with people and help clearly define their issues, communicate respectfully and understand their different perspectives and values. In mediation parties explore possible solutions to create positive, fair agreements that are tailored to meet the needs of all parties. Written documents are prepared when appropriate or desired.
